The Fox Micron MMX Bite Alarm is simply the best alarm i have ever used, they look good, they are small, and have great features.
The MMXs are second to the top range in the fox micron m range, a friend has a set of the Micron MX's and after borrowing mine for a weekend has decided to sell his and buy some MMX's. The alarms have drop back differentation so if you have a drop back bite the alarms will give a different tone and the LED will flash as opposed to latch on.
The sensitivity control is a very good feature also. Many night anglers will almost deffinately experienced wind setting off there bite alarms becuase they are too sensitive, with the MMXs you can manually adjust sensitivity to your liking.
The alarms have a very low battery drain, i have still to hear the warning for low batteries and another friend has has the low battery warning for 6 months and the battery still hasn't run out yet.
The MMXs take LR1 batteries.

The Micron TXR Plus Digital System incorporates a TXR transmitter unit and an TXR receiver. This system is designed to provide remote capability for up to 4 bite alarm heads of any manufacture, using 2.5mm or 3.5mm output sockets.
The Transmitter unit has 4 input sockets and is designed to be fitted to the buzzer bar, with the adjacent alarm heads plugged into it. This provides full transmitting capability for the alarm heads which can be received by the RX3 Receiver at ranges of up to 500m. Both units incorporate the latest digital circuitry with protective coated electronics in a waterproof sealed case.

Illuminated Carp Hanger 4 buc
This latest version of the Hanger is designed for use with Micron Buzzers. Illuminates when the Micron buzzer is activated and will give a visual back up to the Micron buzzers that can differentiate between forward runs and drop back takes by either ‘flashing’ or remaining illuminated. The Illuminated Carp Hanger has detachable weights to make it more flexible and allow it to be adjusted to the conditions that you are fishing and can be varied between 14 and 28gms. The hanger also has variable line clips that can be altered via the micrometer. This means that tension can be set to grip the line tightly but will release when needed.
